You can now easily return your order within 7 days from the date of order received by you.

In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled. Defective products need not be sent back to us, unless confirmed by the Customer Support Team. If you have received a defective product, send us images at support@gullyactive.com and we will get back to you within 24-48 working hours. Once confirmed by the Customer Support Team the refund will be provided either by original payment method in case of a prepaid order, bank transfer or a credit note for COD order as per your convenience within 4-5 working days of return product being received back at our warehouse. In case of bank transfer, customers will have to provide their bank details in mail to support@gullyactive.com.

Note: We do not provide refunds via UPIs or any wallet system

If you have to return anything from a combo pack, the whole pack will have to be returned. There will not be any partial returns accepted for this. If there is a manufacturing issue, or if you have any other query regarding this, you can contact us on the number or email us on support@gullyactive.com.

Gift cards/vouchers are non-refundable.

To maintain strict hygiene standards of our products, we do not accept returns on several product categories, including Face Masks and Caps.
We also don't exchange/return Customized products.

Gully Active may, at its discretion and without prior notice, change the products or categories to which this policy would apply. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. The merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and/or unused with the hang-tag and/or label attached

We do not offer exchange and return on orders shipped Internationally (Outside India).

How does the Return / Exchange process work?
You can return/exchange a product by following the below process. Here’s how:  You can only apply for a Return/Exchange via mailing us at support@gullyactive.com with the exact reason as to why you want to return the product and your Order Details. Our Customer Service Executive will initiate a pickup for the product that needs to be exchanged/returned.

Once the product reaches our warehouse, we will initiate a fresh product exchange in case of exchange delivery for you and refunds by original payment method in case of a prepaid order, bank transfer or a credit note for COD order as per your convenience within 4-5 working days of return product being received back at our warehouse. In case of bank transfer, customers will have to provide their bank details in mail to support@gullyactive.com.

Note: We do not provide refunds via UPIs or any wallet system.

Note : This might take 7-10 working days depending on our partner courier services and you too can check whereabouts of your order via the AWB shared with you by our courier partner.

Can I exchange my customized product(s)?
We do not provide an exchange for customized products.

What is the refund policy for returns of orders placed during a sale?
If an order placed during a sale is returned to us, only the amount paid by you will be refunded, not the current product price.

How do I change/cancel my order?
Orders that have not been shipped can be changed/cancelled by writing to us at support@gullyactive.com. And orders once shipped will not be change/cancelled  

What are the terms and conditions for refund?
Returns - The product amount will be Transferred to your original payment method in case of a prepaid order, bank transfer or a credit note for COD order as per your convenience within 4-5 working days of return product being received back at our warehouse. In case of bank transfer, customers will have to provide their bank details in mail to support@gullyactive.com. Note: We do not provide refunds via UPIs or any wallet system
Cancellations - If the order is cancelled before shipped, the refund will be done to your original payment method in case of a prepaid order, bank transfer or a credit note for COD order as per your convenience within 4-5 working days of return product being received back at our warehouse. In case of bank transfer, customer will have to provide their bank details on mail to support@gullyactive.com. Note: We do not provide refunds via UPIs or any wallet system If a cancellation is required after the product is shipped, we will provide a refund to your original payment method, after we've received the product back at our warehouse.
Defective/ Damaged in transit - Once confirmed by the Customer Support Team the refund will be provided to your original payment method in case of a prepaid order, bank transfer or a credit note for COD order as per your convenience within 4-5 working days of return product being received back at our warehouse. In case of bank transfer, customer will have to provide their bank details on mail to support@gullyactive.com. Note: We do not provide refunds via UPIs or any wallet system.
Wrong/ Missing products - We can either ship out the product(s) (if available in stock at the time) or a refund to your original payment method in case of a prepaid order, bank transfer or a credit note for COD order as per your convenience within 4-5 working days of return product being received back at our warehouse. In case of bank transfer, customer will have to provide their bank details on mail to support@gullyactive.com. Note: We do not provide refunds via UPIs or any wallet system.

I haven't received my refund yet. What should I do?
We update our customers via email once we initiate the refund procedure.
Original payment method/Bank refunds will take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account. 

Can I return a product delivered internationally?
For international orders, there is NO return or exchange.
