How do I return an online purchase?
You can return an online purchase by making a return by following the below process. Here’s how:
Return by post:
We recommend you to self-ship the product. We will reimburse you ₹100 towards your courier charges in the form of a Coupon Code once we receive the product in a non-damaged condition. Don’t forget to send us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org or WhatsApp us at +91 9372356247 informing us the tracking number of the courier sent by you along with the new size required by you.
However, if you do not prefer this option, you can email us on email@example.com or WhatsApp us at +91 9372356247 requesting a return pickup. However, this might take 10-15 working days depending on the courier services.
When will I get my refund after I have returned my order?
Once we receive your return at our warehouse, it will take about 7 business days to process. After your return has been processed, refunds will be credited to you through a coupon code which will be valid for 6 months to be used on www.gullyactive.com.
How many days do I have to return my order?
Returns are free and easy within 30 days of receiving your order if they qualify as per our returns policy.
Where can I find my return number?
Your Order ID number is included on your return receipt once you generate your return. Be sure to include this receipt inside your return for ease of processing.
Can I return an online or store purchase in another country/region?
For international orders, there is NO return or exchange due to import issues.
